Through VicTree Academy & Placement Services (VAPS), we aim to bridge the gap between fresh IT talent & the ever-evolving demands of the industry. The program is designed to equip fresh graduates with both technical expertise and essential soft skills, ensuring they are industry-ready from day one.
Our carefully structured curriculum covers cutting-edge technologies, real-world project exposure, professional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, giving candidates the confidence to excel in their careers.
Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will join VicTree Solutions as permanent employees, contributing to either in-house projects or with our valued client partners across diverse industries.

Program Highlights
4-6 months of training (WFH) to be provided for Java Full stack developer, AWS, DevOps.
Guidance from industry experts shaping your professional career journey.
Payment of employee salary shall commence following the successful completion of the scheduled training program.
Training fee to be deposited for enrolling in the program. It is fully refundable after the contract is completed.
